At King of Reach, we’re looking for a detail-driven and self-starting Customer Care Specialist to manage the end-to-end export order process for our retail customers across Africa. From West and Central Africa to the East and South. You quickly see where things can improve and make sure they do. Sounds like you? Then you’ll fit right in.

Reach your full potential as Customer Care Specialist

As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for the flawless processing of retail export orders to African markets, including the export documentation, shipping and compliance requirements that come with them, and you collaborate closely with colleagues from stock management, purchasing, finance, logistics and sales. You’ll join a diverse, international team where you get a lot of autonomy and ownership. You know what needs to be done, and take the lead when action is needed.

What you’ll do

• Sales Support
• Process and follow up on orders for retail clients
• Coordinate with internal departments and external customers
• Spot and resolve issues in the order process
• Keep all records and admin up to date
• Coordinate the full order flow from start to finish

This is you

You combine structure with a proactive mindset. You like fixing things and don’t shy away from tough conversations. You take initiative, work independently, and communicate clearly and professionally.

You:

• Experience in an administrative or office-based role is a plus
• Have a strong command of English language, French is a plus
• Are accurate and a strong communicator
• Are confident when dealing with clients
• Take ownership and work independently
