The company currently operates multiple ongoing projects, including bus management and ticketing systems, parking management, digital transport payment, intercity transport technology, freight/logistics platforms and vehicle monitoring solutions.\nPosition Summary\nThe General Manager / Managing Director will serve as the overall operational and executive head of BS Technologies, responsible for ensuring that the company operates efficiently, professionally, profitably and in accordance with the strategic direction established by the Founders.\nThis is a senior leadership position for an individual who can operate with an ownership mindset. The successful candidate must be capable of taking responsibility for the company’s overall performance, making timely decisions, leading teams, managing projects, developing business opportunities, maintaining strategic relationships and building systems that allow the company to grow without excessive dependence on the Founders.\nThe General Manager is expected to act as the central point of leadership and accountability for the day-to-day management of the company.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Overall Company Management\nLead and manage the overall operations of BS Technologies.\nTranslate the Founders’ vision and strategic direction into practical company plans.\nEnsure all departments and projects work toward common objectives.\nEstablish clear organizational structures, responsibilities and reporting lines.\nDevelop and maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, innovation and performance.\nIdentify operational weaknesses and implement corrective measures.\nEnsure the company operates efficiently and sustainably.\n2. Project & Operations Management\nOversee the performance of all company projects and operational units.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to agreed standards.\nMonitor project profitability, staffing, operational challenges and client satisfaction.\nEnsure project managers and department heads have clear targets and accountability.\nEstablish systems for regular project reporting and performance monitoring.\nIntervene when projects face major operational, financial or organizational challenges.\nBS Technologies currently manages projects across transport, parking, logistics and vehicle-monitoring activities, requiring the GM to effectively manage multiple operations simultaneously.\n3. Financial & Commercial Management\nWork closely with Finance to monitor company revenue, expenditure, cash flow and profitability.\nReview budgets and financial performance regularly.\nControl unnecessary expenditure and improve operational efficiency.\nEnsure projects have sustainable revenue models.\nMonitor receivables, payments and contractual obligations.\nParticipate in major commercial negotiations.\nEnsure proper financial controls are maintained.\n4. Business Development & Growth\nIdentify new business opportunities and strategic markets.\nLead major business development initiatives.\nDevelop relationships with government institutions, private companies, investors, partners and clients.\nSupport the expansion of existing products and services.\nEvaluate potential partnerships, contracts and projects.\nRepresent BS Technologies in high-level business meetings when required.\n5. Government & Strategic Stakeholder Relations\nMaintain strong professional relationships with government institutions and strategic partners.\nRepresent the company in senior-level meetings when delegated by the Founders.\nEnsure compliance with government requirements and contractual obligations.\nCoordinate major institutional engagements across projects.\n6. Human Resources & Leadership\nBuild a high-performing management team.\nParticipate in recruitment of senior employees.\nSet performance expectations and KPIs.\nConduct regular performance reviews with department/project heads.\nAddress performance, discipline and organizational issues.\nDevelop leadership within the company and establish succession plans.\nEnsure the company has the right people in the right positions.\n7. Systems & Organizational Development\nDevelop professional systems, policies and procedures.\nReduce dependency on individual employees through proper systems and documentation.\nEstablish clear reporting and accountability structures.\nIntroduce appropriate management dashboards and performance indicators.\nContinuously improve company processes.\n8.
