You'll work on platforms that power mission-critical systems - all within a flexible, remote-first culture that values deep expertise, autonomy, and continuous learning.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, build, and support robust platform solutions\nArchitect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS and/or Azure\nDesign and implement CI/CD pipelines that deliver high-quality code at speed\nBuild automated infrastructure with Terraform and other IaC tools\nLead cloud migration and modernization efforts, including re-platforming legacy workloads (Java, .NET, ETL, databases) to modern cloud-native services\nAutomate scaling, deployment, and management of containerized applications\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune system performance to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and resilience\nImplement proactive monitoring solutions that detect and prevent outages\nTranslate complex client requirements into scalable, automated solutions\nContribute to team knowledge-sharing, peer reviews, runbooks, and process improvement efforts\nSupport and maintain secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure for critical systems\nSkills Knowledge & Expertise\n Required Qualifications:\n5+ years of platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience\n5+ years of Azure experience \n3+ years with Terraform and other IaC tooling\n2+ years building and operating Kubernetes in production\nAWS experience\nHands-on experience migrating or modernizing legacy workloads (Java, .NET, or similar) to cloud\nExperience designing and building scalable, distributed systems\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar)\nExperience designing and building scalable, distributed systems\nExperience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nStrong multi-tasker, self-starter, and proactive team player\nCloud certifications\n Preferred Qualifications\nHighly regulated industry experience (e.g. finance, healthcare)\nAWS and Azure Professional level certifications\nETL or data pipeline experience (DataStage, ADF, Glue, Airflow, or similar)\nKubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, CKS)\nAgile experience\nBenefits & Perks\nBenefits of full-time remote work but with a close team environment.
