Requirements
Your tasks
Creating and maintaining KPI reports based on measurements defined in company SOPs
Managing the recurring creation and distribution of invoices for our SaaS services
Collaborating with Sales and Legal to maintain and continuously improve contract templates for our customer projects
Supporting the preparation, administration and tracking of customer contracts
Assisting in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external audits
Maintaining operational documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date
Identifying opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (or apprenticeship in a related field)
2+ years of experience in operations, administration, quality, or commercial support
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Experience with document management and business process documentation
Experience with contract administration and invoicing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and modern business software
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GxP, or similar) is an advantage.
