Join us and make a difference too!\nContract Auditor - Contract Aerospace Auditor (AS9100)\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking experienced Contract Auditors to conduct third-party (AS9100) audits for aerospace client organizations. In this role, you will independently assess management systems against applicable AS9100 standards, communicate audit results clearly, and help clients maintain effective corrective action processes.\nAudits may be conducted onsite at client locations or remotely, depending on client requirements and audit scope.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct third-party management system certification audits in accordance with applicable AS9100 standards and certification requirements.\nDevelop audit programs and detailed audit plans in advance of each engagement.\nReview relevant client documentation and information to prepare effectively for audits.\nConduct onsite and remote audits, evaluating the effectiveness and conformity of management systems.\nCommunicate audit objectives, scope, progress, and results clearly with client representatives.\nPrepare comprehensive audit reports documenting audit activities, evidence, observations, and findings.\nIdentify, document, and present nonconformities in accordance with applicable certification requirements.\nClearly communicate audit findings and ensure clients understand the requirements for corrective action.\nReview and evaluate client Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) for adequacy and conformity.\nVerify the effectiveness of corrective actions and supporting evidence before closing nonconformities.\nMaintain accurate and timely audit documentation and records.\nRepresent the organization professionally while maintaining objectivity, impartiality, and confidentiality throughout the audit process.\nRequired Qualifications\nCertifications\nRequired:\nLead Auditor status with IAQG (International Aerospace Quality Group) \nCandidates must have AA or AEA status at the time of application\nAbout Us\nBSI is a business improvement and standards company and for over a century BSI has been recognized for having a positive impact on organizations and society, building trust and enhancing lives.\nToday BSI partners with more than 77,500 clients in 195 countries and engages with a 15,000 strong global community of experts, industry and consumer groups, organizations and governments.\nUtilizing its extensive expertise in key industry sectors -
