This role may be perfect for you!\nResponsibilities\nManage safety for several projects by initiating and attending meetings, performing site walks, and ensuring contract requirements are in place\nEducate installation contractors and other various stakeholder groups on EHS requirements and best practices\nCollect data, create timely reports, and communicate trends from field inspections to stakeholder groups\nObserve work practices onsite and strive to create solutions that optimize employee health and wellness at all times\nReview and approve Job Safety Analysis (JSA) submittals\nProvide accountability to contractors working onsite to follow the JSA after approval\nCoach personnel on OSHA requirements and client-specific expectations\nPrepare slide decks and deliver training to the client and other EHS professionals\nContribute to incident investigations to drive future improvement, safe conditions and work practices\nPossess a willingness to continuously learn about new and established processes\nHave ability to both lead and take direction\nBe a self-starter and show initiative\nPossess computer/technical skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Programs, permit management software)\nIndividuals with mechanical aptitude are strongly encouraged to apply\nTo be successful in the role, you will have:\nExperienced EHS Consultant must have a minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience with construction safety management, integrated risk management, and contractor safety management\nBS degree in Safety, Engineering, or related degrees, preferred.\nCertified Safety Professional (CSP), preferred\nKnowledge of applicable regional and country health and safety regulations (OSHA)\nOSHA 30-hour certification\nSelf-driven individual\nAbility to partner with team members and contractors to implement change\nIndustry knowledge to understand the design and deployment of technical process, electrical\nand mechanical systems as related to pharma construction processes\nWhat we offer:\nBSI offers a competitive salary, group-sponsored health and dental, short-term and long-term disability, a company-matched 401k plan, company paid life insurance, 11 paid holidays and 4 weeks paid time off.\nThe salary for this position can range from $102,000 - $127,500 annually; the advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role.
