Join us and make a difference too!\nFinancial Analyst\nNew Delhi, India\nAbout the role\nReporting to the Senior APAC Finance Planning & Analysis Manager, this role works closely with the Corporate Finance Controllership team and key stakeholders across applicable business divisions to provide financial planning, analysis, and decision-support insights. The successful candidate will collaborate across functions to drive financial performance, support forecasting and reporting activities, and contribute to business planning initiatives. Key requirements include strong financial planning and analysis experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities:\nLead financial planning and analysis activities for the India business.\nSupport business partners and the Senior APAC FP&A Manager with budgeting, forecasting, and planning.\nDevelop financial models and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making.\nConduct market research and analysis to evaluate business opportunities and assumptions.\nMonitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.\nIdentify financial risks and opportunities, recommending appropriate mitigation plans.\nPrepare accurate month-end reporting and management presentations in a timely manner.\nCollaborate with APAC FP&A teams to improve reporting quality and support budget and forecast processes across ANZ countries.\nTo be successful in the role, you will have:\nMust-have requirements\n3+ years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business analysis, or management accounting within a multinational organisation.\nStrong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.\nExcellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.\nProven ability to interpret data, support data-driven decision-making, and present findings through clear visualisation and storytelling.\nNice-to-have requirements\nExperience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Hyperion, as well as Salesforce and Power BI.\nDemonstrated project management skills and awareness of emerging technologies, including AI and digital finance tools.\nHigh levels of adaptability, resilience, initiative, accountability, and time management, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.\nGrow your career and expand your skills and knowledge.
