Join us and make a difference too!\nJob Title: Regional HR Manager - EMEA\nLocation: Europe (Hybrid)\nAbout the role\nWe are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager-EMEA to join BSI’s People team, leading operational HR delivery across a multi-country region.\nReporting to the VP People Operations, you will lead and develop a team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality HR support and a positive employee experience across the region.\nThis role combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, balancing local employment requirements with global policies and ways of working. You will work closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-centric people operations.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a people leader with strong HR operations experience within a complex, international environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, coach, and develop a regional team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators across multiple countries.\n\nOversee day-to-day HR operations across the region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with local legislation and internal policies.\n\nManage regional workload planning, prioritisation, and service delivery standards.\n\nAct as an escalation point for complex or non-standard HR matters, partnering with specialist teams where appropriate.\n\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and People team colleagues across the region.\n\nSupport and guide managers on employee lifecycle processes and people-related matters.\n\nDrive consistency in HR processes, controls, documentation, and operational standards across the region.\n\nLead the regional implementation of global HR programmes and initiatives, ensuring local relevance and compliance.\n\nMaintain oversight of payroll coordination, employee records, and operational HR compliance activities.\n\nMonitor trends, risks, and employee insights across the region, providing recommendations and guidance to stakeholders.\n\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across People Operations and ways of working.\n\nSupport change management activity and help embed new processes, systems, and approaches across the region.\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nEssential\n8+ years of HR experience, including leadership of HR operations or shared services teams.\n\nProven experience leading and developing multi-country HR teams.\n\nStrong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and operational HR best practice.\n\nExperience working within a global matrix organisation.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing capability.\n\nExperience supporting organisational or operational change initiatives.\n\nStrong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.\n\nHigh levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.\n\nExperience working with HCM/HR systems across multiple countries.\n\nHighly desirable\nHR qualification or certification.\n\nExperience supporting complex, international organisations.\n\nExperience partnering closely with Employee Relations, Reward, or HR transformation teams.\n\nAdditional language capability relevant to the assigned region.\n\nGrow your career and expand your skills and knowledge.
