Join us and make a difference too!\nJob Title: Senior P2P Specialist\nLocation: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)\nWe are hiring a Senior P2P Specialist to join BSI’s Purchase to Pay (P2P) team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of supplier payments across an assigned portfolio of vendor ledgers.\nThis role plays a key part in ensuring strong financial controls, effective supplier relationships, and high-quality service delivery within a global finance function. You’ll bring hands-on P2P expertise, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues and improving processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.\nReconcile accounts payable transactions and supplier statements, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.\nMaintain accurate and well-organised records of invoices, payments, and supporting documentation.\nBuild and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, responding to queries professionally and efficiently.\nEnsure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.\nProduce and analyse P2P reports to support audits, financial reviews, and decision-making.\nWork to agreed team and individual KPIs, supporting service quality and continuous improvement.\nProvide support to the wider finance team and act as a role model for more junior colleagues.\nTo be successful in the role, you will have:\nSubstantial experience in a Purchase to Pay / Accounts Payable role within a finance function.\nStrong working knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, and supplier management.\nIntermediate Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nExperience using, or the ability to quickly learn, SAP or similar ERP systems.\nFluent business-level English (written and spoken).\nStrong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.\nDesirable:\nExperience with Salesforce, Power BI, Concur, or similar systems.\nProficiency in additional languages beyond English.\nGrow your career and expand your skills and knowledge.
