Job Title: Training Delivery Coordinator

BSI is a premier global training provider for management systems and organizational resilience. As a Training Delivery Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our training operations where you will help plan, coordinate and deliver exceptional tutor training and delivery days.
You'll take ownership of tutor scheduling, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time by matching tutor expertise, client requirements, budgets and geographical locations. If you thrive on handling competing priorities, solving problems, and building strong working relationships, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Examples of what you'll be doing:
Partnering with Tutors, Sales teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless training delivery.
Managing and coordinating tutor diaries, responding quickly and effectively to scheduling requests.
Planning and allocating workload for non-delivery days, including personal development activities.
Maintaining accurate data and records across Excel and internal systems.
Monitoring and achieving Service Level Agreements (SLAs), KPIs and monthly delivery targets.
Identifying and resolving scheduling challenges before they impact delivery.
Language requirements: Fluency in English plus additional European language(s), such as German, Dutch, Spanish and /or Italian.
What we're looking for:
You'll have previous experience in a coordination, scheduling or planning role where organisation and prioritisation have been key to your success. Alongside this, you'll also bring:

Previous experience of working towards KPIs and targets.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this role is at £26,775 - 31,500 per annum. The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within the range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
