As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our engineering department by providing tools for bsport to become a financial partner for clients. You will lead the design of complex features, write efficient code, provide technical leadership, and work closely with other teams. Ideal candidates have substantial experience in object-oriented backend languages, experience in compliance-heavy industries, and a passion for building exceptional products.

  • Lead the design of complex features and event-driven architectures that handle high-volume data.
  • Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code and implement best practices for code reviews, testing, and continuous integration & delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership and share knowledge with less experienced engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
