This person would report directly to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations.\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDrive end-to-end strategic projects to define and accelerate the company’s top growth priorities\nLead B-Stock’s foray into new segments, offerings, or partnerships leveraging the depth of B-Stock’s data, customer relationships, and network\nDevelop strategic frameworks to identify market growth opportunities for B-Stock\nHelp business leaders and executives make smart decisions and drive them to implementation by bringing data, analysis, and industry expertise to bear.\nIdentify and implement AI-enabled workflows and automations within Strategy & Business Operations to compress analysis cycles and scale the team's output\nDesign and run the operating cadence - planning cycles, business reviews, and cross-functional execution - turning strategy into delivered outcomes, not just recommendations. \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES\n5+ years in a strategy, consulting, finance, or business-operations role where you personally drove problems from hypothesis to delivered result\nYou're highly analytical and quantitatively fluent - you bring rigor to decisions and structure ambiguous problems, model in spreadsheets, pressure-test assumptions, and quantify the size of the prize.\nYou have a bias to impact - you've owned initiatives from strategy through execution and can point to outcomes you shipped\nYou communicate with clarity and influence - distilling complex analysis into simple, actionable recommendations that help executives make fast, confident decisions\nHands-on experience applying AI tools within analytical or operating workflows to build automations or multi-step processes, and comfort quickly adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge\nYou have a learning mindset and adapt quickly - we learn new things every day\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nTwo-sided marketplace, Retail, Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience\nInterest in or exposure to reverse logistics, returns, or the circular economy\nExperience taking a new product, segment, or initiative from 0-to-1\nMBA or advanced degree from a top program, or equivalent experience \nThe pay rate for this role will range between $110,000 to $150,000, per annum.
