decision-making\n\nEnsure compliance with defined software architecture and coding standards\n\nQuality & Maintenance\n\nWrite unit tests and support integration testing\n\nDebug complex issues across different system layers\n\nMaintain and refactor legacy codebases when required\n\nSupport CI/CD pipelines and automated builds\n\nTechnical Skills\n\nStrong proficiency in C++ (minimum 3–5 years for Middle, 6+ years for Senior)\n\nSolid experience with Qt framework (Qt 5 / Qt 6)\n\nStrong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns\n\nProven experience using UML for software
