You will work closely with developers, architects, QA engineers, designers, and international product stakeholders.\n\nYour responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET and Blazor;\n\nBuild scalable backend services and REST APIs with ASP.NET Core;\n\nDevelop responsive and reusable user-interface components using Blazor;\n\nImplement business logic, data access, authentication, and authorization;\n\nIntegrate applications with databases and third-party services;\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code;\n\nTroubleshoot functional, performance, and security-related issues;\n\nParticipate in code reviews and technical discussions;\n\nContribute to application architecture and technical decisions;\n\nEstimate development tasks and participate in sprint planning;\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional and international teams;\n\nSupport application deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequired qualifications\n\nAt least 3 years of professional .NET development experience;\n\nStrong knowledge of C# and modern .NET technologies;\n\nPractical experience with ASP.NET Core and Web API development;\n\nExperience developing front-end applications with Blazor;\n\nGood knowledge of Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly;\n\nExperience with Entity Framework Core;\n\nGood understanding of relational databases such as MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL;\n\nExperience with LINQ, dependency injection, and asynchronous programming;\n\nGood understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns;\n\nExperience implementing authentication and role-based authorization;\n\nFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development;\n\nExperience with Git and modern software development workflows;\n\nKnowledge of unit and integration testing;\n\nGood problem-solving and communication skills;\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher.\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience with Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design, or CQRS;\n\nKnowledge of microservice and distributed-system architectures;\n\nExperience with SignalR and real-time applications;\n\nFamiliarity with component libraries such as MudBlazor, Radzen, or Telerik UI for Blazor;\n\nExperience with Docker and containerized applications;\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms;\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines;\n\nFamiliarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus;\n\nExperience with application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization;\n\nPrevious experience working directly with international clients.\n\nWhat we offer\n\nCompetitive salary based on your experience and technical skills;\n\nOfficial employment and a stable, long-term position;\n\nFlexible working arrangements;\n\nModern office and a professional working environment in Chișinău;\n\nInternational projects and collaboration with European clients;\n\nOpportunities to contribute to architecture and technical decisions;\n\nProfessional development and continuous learning opportunities;\n\nSupportive colleagues and an open, engineering-focused culture;\n\nClear opportunities for technical and career growth;\n\nCorporate events and team-building activities.\n\nAbout BSW TECH\n\nBSW TECH is a Moldovan software engineering company delivering software development and technology solutions for international customers.
