We are looking for a proactive, open-minded Python Engineer to join a Feature Team working on a project in the marketing and sales domain. RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and propose solutions.\n\nDesign and develop new features from scratch, ensuring quality and timely delivery.\n\nUse GenAI tools (e.g., for code generation, documentation, testing, or data analysis) to accelerate development and improve outcomes.\n\nParticipate in architectural and functional design discussions.\n\nResearch and evaluate technical options for implementing features.\n\nEstimate feature scope and break it down into actionable tasks.\n\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks early.\n\nResolve issues within agreed SLAs and implement customer-specific fixes.\n\nMaintain high development standards through testing and documentation.\n\nMentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.\n\nCommunicate proactively with clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.\n\nMust have:\n\n5+ years of commercial software development experience.\n\n4+ years of Python development experience.\n\nHands-on experience with: FastAPI, Pandas, asyncio, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, gRPC, Microservices architecture, Docker and cloud platforms\n\nExperience using GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to support development tasks.\n\nSolid understanding of software engineering principles, OOP, OOD, and design patterns.\n\nAgile/Scrum team experience.\n\nStrong problem-solving and fast learning abilities.\n\nExcellent communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.\n\nProficiency in
