You'll be responsible for helping the platform achieve and maintain compliance with the Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021 and associated regulatory requirements.\nThis role combines technical security knowledge with governance and risk management, ensuring security controls are embedded across the platform and that regulatory obligations are met. You'll work closely with engineering, security, architecture and compliance teams to manage risk, support audits and drive ongoing compliance activities.\nWhat you'll be doing\nActing as the TSA Responsible Person, ensuring compliance with the Telecommunications (Security) Act and associated security requirements.\nLeading risk identification, assessment and remediation activities across the platform.\nSupporting vulnerability management, security patching, compliance reporting and audit preparation.\nWorking with internal teams, suppliers and security stakeholders to ensure security controls are embedded within projects and operational processes.\nMaintaining documentation, risk assessments and evidence required for regulatory reviews and assurance activities.\nSupporting security incident management and ensuring regulatory reporting obligations are met where required.\nEssential Skills / Experience\nExperience in telecoms, cyber security, network operations or security governance within a regulated environment.\nStrong understanding of risk management, security controls, incident response and regulatory compliance requirements.\nExperience supporting audits, assurance activities, evidence gathering and remediation tracking.\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and reporting skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams.\nDesirable Skills / Experience\nKnowledge of the Telecommunications (Security) Act 2021, telecoms security regulations or wider regulatory frameworks.\nExperience using compliance, monitoring or vulnerability assessment tools such as Qualys.\nProfessional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PCI-P or ISO 27001.\nExperience within telecommunications, network infrastructure or critical national infrastructure environments.\nOur Package\nTailored benefits make a real difference.
