This role will support employees with day-to-day technology needs, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with maintaining reliable IT systems across multiple locations.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide timely IT support and troubleshooting for staff across all centers.\nInstall, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.\nSet up and manage Windows and Mac devices.\nConfigure and support iOS and Android devices.\nAssist with network setup and maintenance.\nSupport user accounts, devices, and common IT-related requests.\nAssist with data backup and recovery processes.\nHelp implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.\nPrepare customized IT reports as needed.\nCommunicate clearly with staff and collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.\nTravel between Antioch, Richmond, and Walnut Creek based on operational needs.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field preferred.\nPrevious experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or a related role.\nKnowledge of Windows and Mac OS.\nExperience setting up and managing iOS and Android devices.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.\nBasic knowledge of network systems and infrastructure.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.\nReliable transportation and willingness to travel between BTA centers.\nWhat We're Looking For\nSomeone who can take ownership of technical issues, respond quickly, and keep our teams productive.
