The role focuses on new client acquisition, business proposals, active sales engagement (cold calls, sales tools, and lead generation) across target industries: Apparel & Retail, Cosmetics & Beauty, Cold Chain (Pharma & F&B), High-tech, Automotive, and Energy (Solar & ESS).\nNew Customer Acquisition & Business Development\nIdentify and engage potential clients through cold calls, sales tools, and market research.\nPrepare and present tailored logistics proposals covering warehousing and distribution (W&D) and freight forwarding services.\nActively participate in bid processes and follow up on opportunities.\nExplore upselling and cross-selling opportunities within new and existing accounts.\nSales Execution & Revenue Generation\nManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.\nAchieve assigned sales and profitability targets.\nTrack pipeline and follow up on potential opportunities using CRM or sales tools.\nPricing & Contract Coordination\nCollaborate with the Pricing team to source competitive freight rates and structure profitable proposals.\nWork with the Legal team to review and finalize contracts.\nNegotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to secure mutually beneficial deals.\nOperational & Issue Management\nServe as the primary contact for customers, ensuring smooth service delivery.\nTroubleshoot cost or operational issues and coordinate with the Operations team to maintain service continuity.\nFinancial & Risk Oversight\nMonitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring timely collection and payment.\nCoordinate with the Claims/Customer Service team to resolve complaints and service-related issues.\nCustomer Relationship Management\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates, service information, and industry insights.\nEnsure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing potential issues.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Claims teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.\nCoordinate internal resources to support account growth and service quality.\nReporting & Communication\nProvide regular updates to management on sales performance, pipeline, AR/AP status, and business opportunities.\nShare insights on market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.\nRequirements/Qualifications\nHigh School diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred\n3 + years of experience in logistics, 3PL, or sales is highly desirable.\nProven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries\nExperience with consulting-based logistics proposals a plus\nExperience in warehousing and distribution (W&D), FTL, LTL, or freight forwarding services is highly preferred.\nProactive, positive attitude with strong relationship-building and business development skills\nUnderstanding of logistics operations, pricing, and financial basics (AR/AP)\nExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities\nSelf-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)\nWillingness to travel up to 30% in the U.S.\nFluency in both Korean and English is required.\nPay Range: $23.5/hour to $31.5/hour\nBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)\nretirement plan; paid sick leave; life, accidental death & dismemberment\n(AD&D), and long-term disability (LTD) insurance; and optional voluntary\nlife/AD&D coverage.
