BTI360 previously has been voted 10 years in a row as a TOP Place to Work by the Washington Business Journal.\nWe’re looking for multiple UI React Engineers to join our growing team, and we have opportunities available for engineers across a wide range of experience levels.\nWhat you will do in this role:\nWork closely with teammates and stakeholdersin a Lean Agile environmentto build mission-critical production applications focused on data discovery and analysis \nParticipate in code reviews, system design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives \nLeverage modern build tools, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure quality and delivery speed\nDesign and build modern,performant,responsive user interfaces using React and related technologies \nCollaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and accessible user experiencesthat integrate with RESTful APIs \nTranslate complex data and workflows into clear, usable interfaces focused on mission impactusing Figma or other design collaboration tools \nYou may thrive in this role if you have the following skills:\nActive Security Clearance (Secret or higher) or the ability to obtain one\nExperience with source control (e.g.Git) and CI/CD pipeline toolssuch as AWS CodeBuild(preferred), Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions\nExperience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and OOP based software in a containerized cloud environment (AWS preferred) leveragingfoundational services for computing, identity management, and networking. \nProficiencyin modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS\nProficiencyinbuilding frontendapplications with React and related libraries (e.g., React Router, Redux, Zustand, etc.) \nEffective written and verbal communication skills necessary to perform job duties and collaborate with team members \nCandidates must maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of Herndon, VA to support onsite collaboration as needed.\nYou may excel in this role if you have the following skills:\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability stackssuch asPrometheus/Grafana(preferred), CloudWatch, or ELK/EFK\nContributions to open-sourcelibraries or community projectsor personal projects\nExperience with UI unitand E2Etesting tools and frameworks such as (e.g., Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress) \nFamiliarity with design systems and componentlibraries (e.g., Storybook, Tailwind CSS, Material UI) \nUnderstanding of accessibility and usability best practicesand tooling (e.g., JAWS, Lighthouse, Axe Devtools) \nExperience with NextJS, Astro, or other React Metaframeworks\nThe base salary pay range for this role is $96,900 - $247,900.
