This role will be highly cross functional, working to drive success within Solution Services under the Application operation team.\nResponsibilities:\nOperate and support CR2 (Common Resource Registry) and MMS (Managed Mobility Service) for internal customers and users\nCoordinate with system teams to ensure smooth, stable, and efficient service operations\nIdentify and document market needs, translating insights into product features in partnership with engineering teams\nGather and assess product and market data through interactions with sales, customer success teams, and end users\nCollaborate with marketing and business leaders to identify opportunities to expand mobility and workspace management solutions\nAnalyze competitive landscape and contribute to competitive strategy development\nCreate, update, and maintain solution documentation, including user manuals, marketing materials, and operational reports\nRequirements/Qualifications:\n·Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience\n·1-3+ years of experience in asset management, corporate employee service operations, or project management\n·Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\n·Preferred experience or understanding of product management and enterprise SaaS product support\n·Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills\n·Bilingual preferred(English, and Korean)\nPay Range: $53,000 to $78,000 per year\nBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; paid sick leave; life, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), and long-term disability (LTD) insurance; and optional voluntary life/AD&D coverage.
