knowledge of ITIL practices preferred.\nExperience managing technology vendors, suppliers, and service providers.\nUnderstanding of hardware and software lifecycle management.\nExperience working across IT, procurement, finance, vendors, and business teams.\nStrong analytical, organizational, negotiation, project management, and communication skills.\nAbility to understand technical requirements and translate them into business, procurement, and vendor requirements.\nExperience with ITSM, ITAM, procurement, contract management, or asset management platforms.\nFluent written and verbal communication in Korean and English.\nTechnical Knowledge\nWorking knowledge of:\nEnterprise IT infrastructure and data center environments\nServers, storage, and network infrastructure\nVirtualization and cloud technologies\nEnd-user computing\nHardware and software lifecycle management\nIT Asset Management (ITAM)\nIT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL practices\nSoftware licensing and contract management\nIT procurement and vendor management\nCMDB and configuration management concepts\nITSM/ITAM platforms such as ServiceNow or equivalent\nMicrosoft Office, Excel, and reporting tools\nPreferred Qualifications\nITIL Foundation certification or higher.\nExperience with enterprise software licensing and licensing agreements.\nExperience managing data center infrastructure lifecycles.\nExperience supporting regional or global IT environments.\nExperience with technology refresh and infrastructure modernization programs.\nExperience with vendor contract negotiations and strategic supplier management.\nExperience developing IT asset, vendor, contract, and service management KPIs and dashboards.\nExperience with CMDB/configuration management.\nPay Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year\nBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance;
