This provides opportunities to gain broader experience across multiple security technologies and functions.\nFrequent communication and coordination with Korea Headquarters is required. Therefore, professional proficiency in both Korean and English is essential.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupport the operation, monitoring, and administration of DLP and other enterprise security solutions.\nReview security alerts, policy events, system issues, and operational requests.\nAssist with troubleshooting security systems and related Windows and Linux servers.\nPerform basic server administration and maintenance activities under established procedures.\nSupport server upgrades, migrations, relocation, system transitions, and other infrastructure-related activities as needed.\nWork with network, infrastructure, application, help desk, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.\nParticipate in testing, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of new or existing security technologies.\nCoordinate with Korea Headquarters and local teams regarding operational issues, system changes, security requirements, and technical matters.\nCreate and maintain work instructions, operating procedures, troubleshooting records, and other technical documentation.\nDocument issues, investigation findings, actions taken, and final resolutions.\nSupport security audits, compliance requests, evidence collection, and other security-related activities as needed.\nAssist with additional information security projects and operational responsibilities based on team priorities.\nQualifications\nProfessional proficiency in both Korean and English, including verbal and written communication.\nBasic understanding of Information Security concepts and principles.\nBasic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.\nBasic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, ports, and firewalls.\nStrong interest in learning and developing hands-on Information Security skills.\nAbility to troubleshoot problems by gathering information, analyzing the issue, and working with appropriate teams when additional support is needed.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to clearly record and document technical issues, procedures, and resolutions.\nStrong attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.\nAbility to learn new technologies and adapt to changing operational needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nUp to 2 years of experience in Information Security, IT, System Administration, Network Administration, Technical Support, or a related field.\nInternship, academic project, or hands-on lab experience related to Information Security, systems, or networking.\nExperience supporting internal employees, business users, or customers in a technical environment.\nExposure to DLP, web proxy, email security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, or other security technologies.\nExperience or familiarity with Windows or Linux server administration.\nExperience working in a global organization or communicating with Korea-based teams.\nCompTIA Security+ certification is a plus.\nThis role provides an opportunity to build a foundation in enterprise Information Security operations.
