Identify and understand end users technical SAP LE requirements, provide necessary training and documentation, work to build and maintain strong end user relationships and provide on-going support.\nMonitor and report on the status of any issues, proactively review and interpret performance against operating standards; provide information and reports results.\nServes as the primary on-call support person for trouble shooting and correcting system issues\nQualifications\nRequired:\nMinimum 4+ years of experience as a functional or business consultant with SAP applications.\nHands-on functional configuration and design experience in an ECC 6 or HANA environment\nExperienced in processing a variety of EDI document types and familiarity\nProject management experience that involves conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing test, training users and documenting training materials.\nDemonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and information technology practices and methods.\nABAP debugging skills\nBusiness travel to foreign country\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree (BA or BS) of computer science or related discipline with an information technology\nExperience with standard project management tools and concepts\nParticipation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP implementations\nIn-depth technical knowledge working with EDI related systems and architecture\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills exemplified in team work\nWillingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions\nAble to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those priorities.\nManage the time and attention based on assigned job roles and objectives\nPay Range: $74,000 to $110,000 per year\nBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; paid sick leave; life, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), and long-term disability (LTD) insurance; and optional voluntary life/AD&D coverage.
