This role combines hands-on AI application development with DevOps and production support for AI solutions already deployed.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop custom AI agents, GenAI applications, and AI-powered automation based on client business requirements.\nDevelop, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously enhance AI solutions across development and production environments.\nWork with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.\nImplement and maintain RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and LLM integrations.\nProvide ongoing DevOps and production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, upgrades, and incident resolution.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.\nEvaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and technologies and recommend appropriate solutions for client projects.\nCore Skillsets\nStrong hands-on experience developing applications using Generative AI and LLMs\nExperience with AI agents / agentic AI, including multi-step workflows, tool/function calling, orchestration, and autonomous task execution.\nStrong knowledge of RAG architecture, including document processing, chunking, embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, and context management.\nStrong prompt engineering skills, including prompt optimization, structured outputs, few-shot prompting, and hallucination mitigation.\nExperience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent.\nUnderstanding of LLM evaluation, AI application testing, model selection, token/cost optimization, latency, and scalability.\nExperience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and business processes.\nKnowledge of AI security considerations including prompt injection, data privacy, PII protection, access control, and responsible AI.\nStrong programming experience in Python; Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# is a plus.\nExperience developing REST APIs, backend services, microservices, and enterprise integrations.\nExperience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nExperience troubleshooting and supporting applications in production.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field\n9+ years of software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps experience, with hands-on GenAI/LLM development experience strongly preferred.\nExperience working in an IT consulting or client-facing environment is highly desirable.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple client projects and explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nBilingual preferred\nPay Range: $86,000 to $127,000 per year\nBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; paid sick leave; life, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), and long-term disability (LTD) insurance; and optional voluntary life/AD&D coverage.
