The position focuses on identifying quality trends, improving product reliability, and ensuring timely resolution of quality issues through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.\nResponsibilities\nLead and support manufacturing and engineering quality-related issues, including customer return defect analysis and root cause investigations\n\nPerform initial hardware and software (HW/SW) analysis, including diagnostic trouble code review, bench testing, log capture, and PCB component-level investigation\n\nConduct warranty claims analysis and utilize quality data analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement\n\nPrepare and report quality status to internal stakeholders and external customers\n\nConduct and coordinate vehicle-level testing and detailed analysis, including supporting field investigations and customer site visits\n\nEnsure timely and compliant submission of required customer documentation\n\nSupport and coordinate responses to emerging quality issues, including containment actions and issue tracking\n\nSupport daily quality and inspection activities at designated inspection facilities to verify product quality\n\nPerform other duties as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree\n\n3+ years of experience in automotive electronics or related field\n\nHands-on experience with PCB analysis, ECU testing, and system-level integration\n\nStrong technical knowledge in automotive electronics quality\n\nBilingual in Korean and English\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)\n\nExperience with statistical and problem-solving tools (Minitab, Power BI, Six Sigma, 8D, 5-Why, root cause analysis)\n\nAbility to travel up to approximately 30% (domestic and international), including local travel as needed\n\nAbility to lift equipment up to 30 lbs\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field\n\nBenefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)\nretirement plan; paid sick leave; life, accidental death & dismemberment\n(AD&D), and long-term disability (LTD) insurance; and optional voluntary\nlife/AD&D coverage.
