The Associate Lawyer will advise on the formation, structuring, operation, and regulation of private investment funds and their advisers as part of a dynamic and growing corporate group.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAdvise on the formation, structuring, operation, and financing of a wide range of private investment funds (including private equity, hedge fund, credit, venture, and crypto-focused) for both established and new sponsors.\n\nDraft, revise, and negotiate fund documents.\n\nCoordinate all aspects of a fund launch and closing.\n\nAssist with ongoing federal and state regulatory filings and other compliance obligations for RIAs, exempt reporting advisers, and other advisers.\n\nApproximately 10% of domestic travel required per client or firm needs to non-worksite locations.
