The ideal candidate should possess hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing Oracle ERP consultants across Finance, SCM, HCM, EPM, PPM, OIC, Technical, and Cloud domains for GCC, India, and global implementations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Oracle ERP/Fusion lateral hiring.\nSource and identify Oracle ERP professionals through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and networking.\nScreen candidates for Oracle Fusion/EBS functional and technical roles.\nUnderstand project requirements and align candidate profiles with customer expectations.\nCoordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer discussions, and joining processes.\nBuild and maintain Oracle ERP talent pipelines for ongoing hiring requirements.\nPartner closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.\nEnsure recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and candidate experience are achieved.\nMaintain candidate tracking and recruitment reports.\nSupport hiring requirements across India, Middle East, and GCC regions.\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of IT recruitment experience.\nMinimum 3+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle ERP/Fusion hiring.\nStrong understanding of Oracle Fusion and EBS modules:Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)\nSCM (Procurement, Inventory, OM, Manufacturing)\nHCM & Payroll\nProjects (PPM)\nEPM\nOIC & Technical Consultants\n\nHands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.\nExpertise in Boolean Search and passive candidate sourcing.\nExcellent candidate assessment and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and offer-closure skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience hiring for Oracle implementation partners or consulting organizations.\nExposure to GCC/Middle East hiring.\nUnderstanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation lifecycle.\nExperience recruiting Functional Consultants,
