BTSE is seeking ambitious, motivated professionals to join our B2C and B2B teams.\nAbout the Opportunity:\nWe are looking for a Paralegal to keep our group of companies organised, compliant and in good standing. You will own day-to-day entity management and corporate actions across our global entities, working closely with external corporate secretaries and registered agents.\nAlongside this, you will review and draft commercial contracts and carry out legal research for the wider Legal team. This is a hands-on role suited to a paralegal who enjoys structure, detail and getting things done across multiple jurisdictions.\nResponsibilities:\nEntity management and corporate actions\nAct as the internal point of contact for external corporate secretaries, registered agents and company service providers across the group's entities.\n\nCoordinate corporate actions end to end, including incorporations, dissolutions, restructurings, capital changes, and director, officer and shareholder changes.\n\nDraft and review board and shareholder resolutions, written consents, minutes, powers of attorney and incumbency certificates.\n\nTrack annual filings, renewals and other statutory deadlines so every entity stays in good standing.\n\nMaintain accurate entity records, including the group structure chart, statutory registers, authorised signatory lists and constitutional documents.\n\nPrepare KYC and corporate document packs for banks, counterparties, auditors and regulators on request.\n\nContract review\nReview, draft and negotiate standard commercial agreements such as NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts and partnership agreements.\n\nFlag key risks and non-standard terms, and escalate to senior counsel where needed.\n\nHelp maintain contract templates and a simple contract tracker.\n\nLegal research\nCarry out research on corporate, commercial and regulatory questions across different jurisdictions.\n\nPrepare short, clear research notes and summaries for the Legal team and business stakeholders.\n\nRequirement:\nBased in Taipei.\n\nA law degree (LLB, JD, LL.M., or equivalent).\n\n1-3 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, from a law firm, corporate secretarial firm or in-house team.\n\nWorking knowledge of company law and corporate governance, including board and shareholder approvals.\n\nStrong drafting skills and close attention to detail.\n\nWell organised, able to manage many deadlines and entities at once, and comfortable following up with external providers.\n\nClear written and spoken English.\n\nNice to Have:\nAdmission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.\n\nExperience managing a multi-entity group across several jurisdictions, or working with corporate service providers.\n\nExposure to fintech, financial services or digital assets.\n\nFamiliarity with entity management or contract management tools.\n\nWorking Mandarin.\n\nWhat we offer:\nBroad exposure to corporate work across a global group of entities.\n\nClose mentoring from senior counsel and a clear path to grow into a broader legal role.\n\nA fast-paced, international team in the digital asset industry.\n\nCompetitive salary and benefits.\n\nPerks & Benefits\nCompetitive total compensation package\nVarious team-building programs and company events\nComprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants\nAnd many more!
