Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for roles specific to the crypto and blockchain sectors.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on specialized skills, experience, and cultural fit within a tech-savvy environment.
- Manage recruitment projects, including initiatives focused on diversity and employer branding tailored to the crypto community.
- Utilize direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates in the blockchain and tech markets.
- Conduct market mapping to analyze industry talent pools, identifying key players, emerging talent, and competitor recruitment strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to inform strategies and improve processes, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in sourcing and interviewing within this niche market.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices, particularly in the tech and blockchain sectors.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels within a tech-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on market trends.
- Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative landscape.
