team!\nResponsibilities:\n- Participate in the full development lifecycle from refining project requirements with clients to deploy to production and post-production tests and maintenance.\n- Build secure backends, slick and fast frontends and efficient integrations.\n- Collaborate with management, AI models and other engineers to get the job done efficiently.\n- Perform dev QA cycle and know how to automate tests and release new project features with least risk.\n- Provide mentorship to junior developers on best practices, design patterns, security and compliance etc.\nSkills & Experience:\n- 6+ years in Javascript based backend and frontend web development with REST and GraphQL API integrations\n- Experience in building SQL, NoSQL backend databases, applying efficient indexing and query optimizations (preferably AWS stack)\n- Experience in leveraging AI with tools like Cursor and Copilot.\n- Deep knowledge of security standards and best practices to ensure proper data encoding, proofing against XSS, injections and other common types of web attacks.\n- Experience with AWS stack is preferred, but not required.\n- Experience with older PHP based systems is necessary.\n- Exceptional debugging skills required.\n- Must be fluent in English and able to represent the company in client-facing meetings.\nCandidates must provide links to source code of their previous projects or examples highlighting their skills and be willing to take an in-person interview in our office in The
