Candidates must have previous onboarding, training, and employee relations experience.\nThe essential job functions include, but are not limited to:\n$27 / hour\n\nMaintain a working knowledge of company policies and procedures while working directly with store General Managers ensure employee compliance\n\nHandle employee relations which includes, but is not limited to, timekeeping and disciplinary issues\n\nAct as a liaison between Store Management and Human Resources department to ensure a timely flow of information for onboarding, benefits, and payroll\n\nReview applications and interviews for frontline positions\n\nEvaluate forms, such as W4, Work Opportunity Tax Credit, and I-9 for accuracy and adherence to procedure and regulatory requirements\n\nManage the store onboarding process for new employees, which includes explanation of policies, procedures and benefits.\n\nPartner with HR Team (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, etc) to respond to employee’s questions about policies, pay, and benefits.\n\nFacilitate online training for new employees, which includes but is not limited to Kronos, position related online training, and safety training\n\nMaintain knowledge of Federal and State legal requirements affecting Human Resources\n\nPerform other duties as required or assigned\n\nEmployee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation\n\nThe position requirements include, but are not limited to:\nBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred\n\nPHR or eligibility to take the exam within 1 year preferred\n\nHigh competency with HR systems, Workday, and Dimensions\n\n3-5 years of relevant HR experience\n\nExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Office
