This rotational position includes on the job training with maintenance, customer service, merchandise and foodservice.\nNote: This position is a short-term, temporary, 10-week internship with a minimum of 300 hours.\nThis is an on-site opportunity only.\nThe essential job functions include, but are not limited to:\n$20 / hour\n\nRotate through Travel Center departments to learn operating procedures and observe managers\n\nEnsure and/or maintain the safety and cleanliness of all work areas, tools, and facilities\n\nReport maintenance and repair needs of equipment to supervisor\n\nFollow operating instructions and safety policies\n\nMaintain confidentiality\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned\n\nThe position requirements include, but are not limited to:\nCurrently pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Retailing, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline\n\nSolid communication skills\n\nAbility to accept constructive feedback and work collaboratively with upper management and other stakeholders to identify and facilitate operational needs\n\nAbility to adhere to company policies including on-time attendance and no
