No two days are the same, making this role a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, adapts well to change, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.\nAt BCI, you’ll be part of an employee-owned company where your contributions matter and your efforts help drive the success of the entire organization.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nTasks related to this position may vary and are not limited to those listed below:\nServe as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Creative Services, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finishing, and Logistics.\nPrepare estimates and provide quotes to customers.\nProcess and verify purchase orders accurately and efficiently.\nEstablish delivery schedules and track orders throughout the production process.\nCommunicate project updates, timelines, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.\nManage customer requests, specification changes, and evolve project requirements.\nAnalyze inventory and warehouse data to support replenishment and purchasing decisions.\nSupport the development and execution of packaging and display solutions that meet customer expectations.\nIdentify materials and resources necessary for successful project completion.\nMonitor production, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics activities to ensure projects remain on track.\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, and customer commitments.\nMaintain accurate customer records and project documentation.\nProactively identify challenges and collaborate with others to develop solutions.\nProvide exceptional support to customers and internal team members.\nPerform all duties in accordance with company policies, safety requirements, and ethical standards.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn your first few months, you’ll develop an understanding of our customers, products, processes, and team dynamics.
