# Forklift Operator 1st Shift

Forklift Drivers are an essential part of BCI’s on-time customer delivery guarantee. Forklift Drivers are responsible for loading, unloading, stacking and staging corrugated products and materials in a safe and timely fashion. Job Duties Duties: Follow established safety policies and procedures at all times Maintain a current Lift Truck Operator License and operate it in a safe manner Complete and document a forklift inspection form before start of shift and when operating a new forklift Complete maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs Receive trailer loads of corrugated and scan into inventory using hand-held scanners Locate stock before the start of the run using Amtech computer software Deliver appropriate stock to appropriate machines safely and on time Remove finished goods from machines Maintain neat, orderly and safe stacks of stock in storage areas Read a tape measure with accuracy and calculate figures and amounts, such as percentages and measurements Read and follow instructions on factory masters Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner Maintain accurate location of stock in storage area by paperwork and Amtech computer software Loa
