3:30pm Monday-Friday\nMain Duties:\nFull-time role in a manufacturing plant/warehouse setting\nFollow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all times\nOperate printing presses and/or die cutters to make a variety of corrugated products\nMonitor product quality and ensure that the quality control systems are being utilized properly\nDrive production and efficiency of assigned machine center\nAdditional Duties:\nRecord production statistics within our ERP system\nBecome knowledgeable of paper properties, setting up a press and managing colors\nMaintain machine to ensure all preventative maintenance has been completed by the scheduled time\nEnsure that equipment is clean and organized\nEnsure that all safety guards are in place and operate properly on the machine\nAssist in training new associates to safely perform their duties in the most efficient way possible while upholding the highest quality standards\nRecommend changes in methods, equipment, material handling and similar projects for improvements in efficiencies or standards of practice\nPromote morale and wellness of Crew Members\nOther tasks as assigned by supervisor\nDesired Skills & Qualifications:\nMachine operator or other manufacturing operator experience preferred\nQuality and results oriented\nAbility to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy\nAbility to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions\nWorks well with others in a team setting\nShows dependability on the job\nDemonstrates a professional attitude and even-tempered response through interactions with others\nComprehend and apply basic instructions furnished in written, oral or graphic form\nAbility to solve problems involving one or more concrete variables in standardized situations\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:\n• Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds -
