Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.\nDemonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.\nDriven by results working in a fast-paced environment. \nMaintain a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives. \nProvide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.\n\nWhat we need from you\nBachelor's Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline.\n(CCS) Customs Certified Specialist Designation and/or (LCB) Licensed Customs Broker\nMinimum 5 years’ experience within the custom brokerage industry\nMS Office knowledge in applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.\nExcellent problem solving and decision-making skills\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.\nValid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in
