customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers.\nMaintain company database by entering new and updated customers, customs account information, monitor and update existing data, identify discrepancies and report issues to the team leader.\nAccurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.\nPrepare relevant reports and provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nApply your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.\nDemonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.\nDriven by results working in a fast paced environment. \nMaintain a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives. \nProvide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.\n\nWhat we need from you\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 1 year experience.\nAbove average and accurate data entry skills.\nIntermediate PC, MS Office knowledge.\nBasic knowledge of customs and related paperwork.\nAttention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks.\nProficient typing skills.\nMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.\nValid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in
