responsible for\nIdentify and contact potential clients through different methods such as cold- calling, attending networking events and marketing research.\nStrategically meet clients on a regular basis \nRecord all sales activities within the CRM\nCreate Sales presentations for potential clients\nPrepare and develop proposals based on client’s needs, responding to requests for proposals (RFP's) and requests for quotations (RFQ's). \nMaintain client relationship working with Sales and Operations department,\nParticipate in Business Reviews and provide feedback on new customer requirements, competitor information and market trends, \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to create detailed reports and documentation using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \nAlign team efforts by practicing Critical decision making, effective planning and prioritizing tasks ensuring decision are aligned with company's vision. \nThrives in a fast-paced environment reaffirming the importance of urgency and accuracy while creating and fostering a continuous improvement culture. \nDevelop, implement, and maintain efficient workflows to optimize team productivity, minimize downtime for smooth operations. \nTo provide the highest level of customer service by developing and maintaining customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.\n\nWhat we need from you\nBachelor's Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline\n(CCS) Customs Certified Specialist Designation and/or (LCB) Licensed Customs Broker is an asset. \nMinimum 5-7 years’ experience selling any/or of the following services:\nCustom Brokerage\nFreight, Warehousing\nInternational Trades\nKnowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.\nProven ability working in an environment driven by analytics in order to meet sales targets \nComfortable interacting on a regular basis and building strong relationships with Senior Management, Clients, Vendors, Carriers and Customer Service department. \nMust have strong territory management experience\nLeadership, communication, and decision-making skills.\nMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.\nValid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in
