inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses. \nRespond and resolve general and complex issues and ensure they are resolved at root cause. \nMaintain and monitor the relationship with our clients, continuously assessing strengths and potential weak points. \nEnsure clients are completely satisfied with the response and resolution to their inquiries or complaints. \nCoordinate and support the delivery of services to clients, ensuring alignment with expectations and timelines. \nMaintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly. \nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction. \nPrepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client meetings. \nMonitor client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement. \nSupport with other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.\n\nWhat we need from you\nBachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline. \n2-4 years of experience in the Custom Brokerage industry. \nCustoms Certified Specialist (CCS) designation is strongly preferred. \nMS Office knowledge in applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills. \nHigh level of organization, time management and attention to detail. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.\nValid Passport ability to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in
