The Operations Team Leader, Post Entry must provide the highest level of customer service to our valued customers. They must remain in continuous communication directly with other Team Leaders, Supervisor, and the US Operations Manager and filter communication thru to the post entry staff.\n\nWhat we need from you\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nCertified Customs Specialist (CCS) Designation (must maintain yearly status).\n5 years industry experience (preferred). \nAdvanced MS Office knowledge, CRM software and the ability to quickly learn new applications.\nHigh level of organization, time management and attention to detail. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent problem solving and decision-making skills.\nKnowledgeable about Customs regulations and Post Entry filing requirements.\nAble to function in a time sensitive environment.\nMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.\nValid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CND/USA/M\n\nYou will be responsible for\nOversee the preparation of Post Entry Submissions: PSC, 520d, Protests, 3347, and Penalty mitigations and payments.\nDeliver prompt, efficient, and professional response to all queries;
