are not local to a Buckland office.\nYou will be responsible for\nProvide leadership and oversight to HR policies, standards, and procedures ensuring alignment with Company’s vision, mission, and values \nCollaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, retention, \nPlan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys. \nDevelops and executes practices for hiring and talent management, ensure the organization is compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, \nPlan and oversee the delivery of annual Corporate HR initiatives related to Performance Management, Talent Planning, Culture Change, Communications, Compensation and Rewards.\nSuperior written and verbal communication skills including representing the organization at various events, conferences, and other public/private settings.\nStrong background using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to analyze data, track progress, create reports and strategize\nAdaptable to manage crises and emergencies in a fast-paced work environment ensuring decision making holds the values of protecting the organization’s values and reputation\nSuperior level of organization and time management skills in order to set clear goals and expectations.\nLead cross-functional groups by developing a result driven environment to deliver successful projects and mandates ensuring high-quality outcomes.\nEstablish and monitor key performance hiring, reviewing performance, recommends salary increases, promotions, transfers, demotions, or terminations\n\nWhat we need from you\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field required.\nMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Leadership, or a related discipline is considered an asset.\nMinimum 10 years of human resource management experience required.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish\nAdvance knowledge in MS Office.\nClear understanding of employment legislation in CAD, USA and MEX\nRequire a degree of project management and people management capabilities to work on transformational projects, strategic programs and implementing best practices.\nAdvanced knowledge of HR concepts, policies and practices acquired through formal academic training and/or relevant years of experience within HR areas of expertise. \nProblem solving skills, ability to determine root cause of complex issues and arrive at sound HR business solutions.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to work effectively with all employees at every level.\nMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.\nAbility and desire to travel (approximate 25%) to all company offices and client meetings in CAD, USA and
