This is a great opportunity for a mid-level infrastructure professional who wants to grow their network expertise while staying hands-on across the wider infrastructure stack.\n\nWhat we can offer you\nCompetitive salary, benefits package, and matching retirement plan.\nCompensation range: $80,000– $110,000 annually (subject to experience)]\nA friendly, collaborative work environment.\nOpportunities for professional development & ongoing learning.\nA chance to be part of a growing organization.\nRemote work arrangement available for applicants who are not local to a Buckland office.\n\nYou will be responsible for\nNetwork Administration\nAdminister and support network architecture, planning, and design initiatives including LAN, WAN, VLAN, MPLS, VPN, and hybrid cloud networking (Azure/AWS).\nMonitor network performance and availability and troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.\nSupport and help maintain firewall and perimeter security solutions (e.g., Fortinet) in collaboration with the Cyber Security team.\nImplement and maintain secure remote access technologies (SSLVPN, IPsec, L2TP, SASE).\nAssist with network capacity planning, design recommendations, and documentation of network hardware and configurations.\nFollow established change management policies and procedures when testing, scheduling, and implementing network changes.\nInfrastructure Support\nSupport Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and fileserver / print services.\nAssist with the administration and optimization of virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere).\nProvide support for Microsoft infrastructure platforms including Microsoft 365, Exchange, SQL Server and Azure.\nParticipate in backup, archiving, disaster recovery operations, and DRP testing.\nMaintain accurate infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams and system configurations.\nCollaborate with the broader IT team on infrastructure projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts.\nProvide escalation support for infrastructure-related tickets from the service desk.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWhat we need from you\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of three years of hands-on experience in network administration and IT infrastructure support.\nWorking knowledge of LAN/WAN design, VLANs, trunking, Layer 3 segmentation, and switching/routing protocols.\nExperience supporting firewall and VPN technologies (e.g., Fortinet) and secure remote access solutions.\nFamiliarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and core Microsoft infrastructure services.\nExposure to virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and Microsoft 365/Azure environments;
