demands\nAssist with onboarding and administration of new customers, including but not limited to account set up in company system, assisting with inquiries, providing solutions, among others.\nLiaison between intercompany departments with regards to potential client set up and/or inquires.\nApply for and manage all Continuous and Single Transaction Bond activities for our US Northern Border Brokerage Division if applicable.\nReview and prepare orders according to customer requirements and monitor order fulfilment process until transaction is completed.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nApply your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.\nDemonstrate your meticulous attention to detail by ensuring accuracy and decision making.\nDriven by results working in a fast paced environment. \nMaintain a well-organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and future initiatives.\nProvide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.\n\nWhat we need from you\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 2 years in custom brokerage or logistics experience.\nIntermediate MS Office knowledge.\nHigh level of organization, time management and attention to detail.\nCompletion of complex entries\nMexican Legislation in Foreign Trade Business knowledge \nBilingual in
