(CND Only)\nReview, verify and document entry errors by updating applicable system. \nAct as liaison between CBP, CSCB or Mexican Customs and operations to ensure compliance with each country applicable regulations.\nAbove average written and verbal communication skills.\nShowcase your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.\nIdentify potential challenges/risks and solve problems efficiently or work with Leaders for a solution.\nFoster a fast paced culture leading by example in terms of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.\nEffectively prioritize and manage the team multiple and personal tasks to meet KPI's and deadlines.\nTo provide the highest level of customer service by leading and mentoring, fostering a positive and productive work environment and resolving escalated issues as needed.\n\nLeadership Responsibilities\nAbility to manage a group of 5 to 10 employees\nAssist with performance evaluations for direct reports \nAssign tasks to team members\nAssists with training and guidance of direct reports\nMonitor work volumes of direct reports \nSupervise team members, conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, and work schedules\n\nWhat we need from you\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 3 years in custom brokerage or logistics experience.\nIntermediate MS Office knowledge.\nHigh level of organization, time management and attention to detail.\nLeadership, communication, and decision-making skills.\nCompletion of complex entries.\nCSI knowledge (US only).\nPreferable AES knowledge (US only).\nCCS Designation (US NB and CND only).\nKnowledge of customs tariff and FTA application (CND only).\nBilingual (fluent in both Spanish/English) is necessary (US SB only).\nKnowledge on Mexican Legislation in Foreign Trade Business (MXN only).\nMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.\nValid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in
