This position will be assisting and maintaining the quality and accuracy of import entries. who are not local to a Buckland office.\n\nYou will be responsible for\nProvide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers in acquiring the proper import documentation.\nReview Certificates of Origin and other documentation to confirm eligibility to Free Trade programs.\nAnalyze and update PGA records in entries and database with knowledge of PGA reporting requirements.\nAudit assigned files to ensure accuracy and instructions are followed.\nWork with operations department in maintaining of client database.\nAssist team leader in training of team members as assigned.\nService clients and reporting of any issues to Team Leader/Supervisor.\nEnsures all shipments are entered in accordance with the US Federal Code of Regulations.\nSupport as required in all Departmental Operations.\nOther responsibilities as assigned.\n\nWhat we need from you\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in US Customs brokerage.\nMinimum 1 year of experience in quality control.\nBasic knowledge of HTS classification.\nIntermediate MS Office knowledge.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nMust be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.\nValid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in
