level of customer service to clients, vendors and service providers.\nSupervise and complete packaging, receiving, and shipping activities.\nTracks in-bound and out-bound inventory.\nCollaborates with the customer service team and other departments.\nEscalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.\nMakes sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.\nSchedule and arrange needed preventative maintenance programs for all equipment to comply to lease conditions to maximize output and reduce costly repairs.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills (in English and Spanish).\nShowcase your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook.\nExercising independent judgment by providing directions and assistance with day-to-day task, prioritization and resources management.\nThrives in a fast-paced environment holding a high level of degree in urgency and accuracy, supporting a continuous improvement culture.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams deadlines to align schedules and priorities.\nTo provide the highest level of customer service by monitoring teams performance and providing regular feedback ensuring high standards of service are maintained.\n\nLeadership Responsibilities\nAbility to manage a group of 15 to 20 employees.\nConduct performance evaluations for direct reports.\nAssign tasks to team members.\nHire and Terminate employees.\nAssists with training and guidance of direct reports.\nMonitor work volumes of direct reports to ensure entries are completed to customs regulations guidelines.\nSupervise team members, conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, and work schedules\n\nWhat we need from you\nBachelor’s Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience.\nMinimum 4 years proven warehouse management experience.\nLeadership, communication, and decision-making skills.\nHigh level of organization, time management and attention to detail. \nBilingual in Spanish/English (US SB only).\nIntermediate MS Office knowledge.\nGeneral knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety regulations.\nExperience with Warehouse Management Software\nMust be legally eligible to work for the company at all times.\nValid passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in
