The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing capital construction, renovation, infrastructure, deferred maintenance, and facilities improvement projects from concept development through project closeout. This position oversees all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, design coordination, construction management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and project delivery. The Facilities Project Manager serves as the College's representative with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, utility providers, faculty, staff, and community stakeholders.
