This role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.\n\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations\n\nCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless execution.\n\nManage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.\n\nMonitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and milestones to stakeholders.\n\nFacilitate meetings, presentations, and status updates with cross-functional teams.\n\nEnsure compliance with IT governance, security, and quality standards.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.\n\nQualifications\nAssociate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\n3-5 years of experience managing IT projects (software, infrastructure, or systems).\n\nPMP or a Project Management certification preferred.\n\nProven experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).\n\nStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in cloud migration and Student Information Systems (SIS) implementation projects.\n\nBudgeting and financial tracking experience.\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\n\nOnsite at Newtown Campus.\n\nSalary Range $70,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with background and experience)\nApplication\nApply online at: https://bucks.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/BCCC\nApplications must consist of a letter of application addressing this specific position and the candidate’s interest and qualifications for coming to Bucks County Community College, resume/CV, and a list of five professional references.
