We are growing quickly and looking to add talented people who are passionate about making the world a better place!\nWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department and oversee all daily financial operations including Energy Force (entity of Budderfly). This individual will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, managing accounting processes, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and providing financial information and analysis to management. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nWhy this Role is Important:\nThe Accounting Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health and operational stability of the organization. By overseeing the accounting function, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely reporting, and identifying opportunities to improve processes, this role helps provide management with reliable financial information needed to make informed business decisions.
