We are growing quickly and looking to add talented people who are passionate about making the world a better place!\nThe Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping of HVAC equipment (including rooftop units) and Core materials. This is a hands-on role that keeps inventory accurate and orders moving so that field installation teams have what they need, when they need it.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders, and report discrepancies or damage.\nPut away received inventory in designated warehouse and offsite storage locations, maintaining accurate location records.\nPick, pack, and stage outbound orders for shipment based on daily order requests.\nLoad and unload trucks safely, using material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck) as needed.\nPerform cycle counts and support physical inventory audits; help investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nProcess returns (RMAs) for HVAC and Core products, including inspecting returned equipment and updating status records.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety procedures.\nTrack and update shipment status for equipment shipped but not yet installed, flagging aging shipments to the team.\nCommunicate with the Warehouse Lead, Fulfillment Lead, and others on the Budderfly team regarding transaction status, inventory issues, and returns processing.\nSupport other warehouse and supply chain tasks as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.\nAbility to safely operate material handling equipment (certification a plus, or willingness to obtain).\nGood computer skills; comfort operating within an ERP system or other inventory software.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and paperwork.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nReliable attendance and punctuality.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout a shift.\nComfortable working in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures, including proximity to HVAC equipment and loading dock areas.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with a large SKU database, with both durable and fragile goods.\nForklift certification a plus.\nFamiliarity with RMA/returns processing.\nSchedule\nWeekdays 8 AM - 4:30 PM\nOccasional overtime as business needs require.\nCompensation\n$24—$26 USD\nCompensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.\nWhat We Offer:\nCareer advancement opportunities in a fast-growing, supportive company environment\nCompetitive pay\nFull benefits package including medical, dental, vison, 401K, life insurance, and disability insurance\nOpportunity to work as part of a team that values its members and works together to achieve positive change.\nBudderfly is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, citizenship status, age, national origin, ancestry, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected status, and to affirmatively seek to advance the principles of equal employment opportunity.\nWe welcome all job seekers, including those with disabilities.
